Document dev tool dependencies ab21df54cf

Explain sharp deps and use them in the dev shell 75e60a40d4

The sharp dependencies are *also* required in the dev shell when
upstream pulls their prebuilt binaries.

Document how the shell *should* be built c1deced611

Currently parcel doesn't support NODE_PATH, so this can't actually be
used. Need to push an issue upstream.

Update to nixos-unstable 94503f5f7d

This is necessary because a dependency of `favicons`, `sharp`, depends
on a slightly newer version of libvips than what is available in
nixos-20.09.
