Quark requires awt, which means we need to run jre non-headless #21

This is annoying, obviously, because we need to pull in a bunch of GUI stuff.

Should capture some logs and write an issue, but currently qemu seems to be broken on my machine so I can't reproduce it. To reproduce, simply change the java binary to the jre_headless one.
